Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging; please note that roasted coffee is generally non-returnable but may be eligible for a replacement if quality issues occur.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your return back to our roasting facility or distribution center.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a Peet's store credit within 7-10 business days.
