How can I ensure my coffee stays fresh?

To maintain optimal freshness, store your beans in an airtight container at room temperature in a dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.

When will my coffee order be roasted?

We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are roasted within 24-48 hours of being placed and shipped immediately after cooling and packaging.

What is your return policy on coffee and equipment?

Since coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Unused equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
